Medical clinic @ Narithasan hall, Ranpokunagama on 22nd Feb. 2009.
We organized this event as a joint project with Lions Club of Kelaniya. It was sponsored by Caltex Ltd. Around 350 people participated for the clinic. We examined the patients and dispensed drugs free of charge. In addition Random Blood Sugar testing was done. About 150 eyeglasses were donated following eye testing.The organising comitee was headed by Lady Lion Seetha Pathiraja (President)& L/Lion Lalani Rajapaksha of Lions Club of Nittambuwa.
We especially acknowledge the efforts of the staff of Kandy Opticals and Lion Senaka Rathnaweera & Lion Anura Disanayaka of Lions Club of Kelaniya.
